Welcome to Acha Waqt. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

  • Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Product images are real; however, slight color grading may differ from the actual product.

  • Original boxes may have a design different from the images shown but will always be high-quality and premium.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after receiving at least PKR 1,000 advance.

  • The advance payment is non-refundable if the customer does not receive the parcel.

  • For subsequent orders, full payment in advance is required.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship products to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • The risk of loss or damage is carried by our brand until the shipment is delivered to the customer.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary. Delays caused by carriers or customs are not our responsibility.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Watches purchased without original boxes are not returnable.

  • Custom or pre-ordered watches may have non-refundable deposits.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • For damaged or defective products, contact us immediately with evidence for resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

  • Our liability for any claim related to our products is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
