Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Acha Waqt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand returns, refunds, and warranty details.


1. Warranty

  1. All watches come with a 1-year mechanical warranty covering manufacturing defects in movement and mechanics.
  2. The warranty does not cover:
  • Physical damage such as scratches, dents, or broken parts
  • Colour fading, plating issues, or wear resulting from daily use

2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, the product must remain in its original condition, including:

    • All laminations intact

    • Product tags attached

    • Original packaging preserved

  • If the product is damaged, altered, or missing any original parts/tags, replacement or refund will not be entertained.


3. Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by the shipping lebel or proof of purchase


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items with removed laminations, missing tags, or altered condition

  • Sale or clearance items

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


7. Process for Replacement, Return, or Refund

  • Any request for replacement, return, or refund will be evaluated after inspecting the item.

  • Customers must contact us with order details and a description of the issue on Whatsapp 03486390755

  • After examination, we will inform the customer whether the request is approved.


8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
